Cargo tie-down strap Forankra ERGO 6 m • 50 mm width • 5000 kg lashing capacity
Forankra ERGO cargo tie-down strap is a 6 m long, 50 mm wide lashing strap with a 5000 kg working capacity designed to secure goods during transport. The durable polyester webbing and reinforced stitching provide reliable tensile strength for general freight, palletized loads and vehicle tie-down tasks. The strap is intended for use with compatible buckles, cam buckles or ratchet tensioners to achieve proper load restraint and stabilization.
The Forankra ERGO strap combines a 6 m working length and 50 mm webbing width with a high 5000 kg lashing capacity to handle heavy and medium loads. Its polyester construction resists abrasion and most weather exposure while maintaining flexibility for quick handling and stowing. Reinforced stitching at critical points improves durability under repeated tensioning and release cycles, and the strap is compatible with common securing hardware for straightforward integration into existing load-securement setups.
This strap is designed for transport and load-securing applications; it is not intended for personal fall protection, lifting people or for use as a certified lifting sling unless clearly specified by the manufacturer. For situations requiring protection against cutting, chemical exposure, or very high UV exposure over many months, additional protective sleeves or different materials may be needed.
Thread the strap through a compatible buckle or ratchet according to the hardware manufacturer's instructions, position the strap over or around the cargo and tension until the load is secure but not overstressed. Ensure the webbing lies flat without twists and that stitching and attachment points are not damaged. After transport, release tension carefully and inspect the strap for wear before storage.
Use the Forankra ERGO 50 mm strap with appropriate tensioning hardware and edge protection when securing heavy pallet loads or vehicle cargo. Regularly inspect webbing and stitching before each use, avoid knots in the webbing, and store the strap in a dry, shaded place to prolong service life.
