Forming Function Powerdot 11 Power Distribution Unit with 1 Type F Socket 4 Cable Grommets Adjustable Height Flush Installed Table Black

The Forming Function Powerdot 11 Power Distribution Unit is a flush-installed desk integration solution designed to manage power supply and cable organization efficiently in modern office and home workspaces. Featuring a sleek black finish, this unit combines one Type F power socket with four integrated cable grommets and an adjustable height mechanism, allowing it to adapt to various desktop thicknesses and surface requirements. It provides a clean and structured approach to workstation connectivity, reducing cable clutter while keeping power easily accessible.

Advantages

This power distribution unit offers a seamless flush-installed design that integrates smoothly into table surfaces, maintaining a minimalist and professional appearance. The inclusion of four cable grommets alongside the Type F socket ensures that power delivery and multiple peripheral cables are managed in a single, centralized location. Its adjustable height feature allows for flexible installation across different desk types, ensuring a snug and secure fit. By consolidating cords and connections directly at the workstation, the unit supports a tidy and organized environment, minimizing tangling and improving daily workspace usability.

Suitable for

• Office desks and workstations requiring integrated power and cable management
• Conference and meeting tables for shared device connectivity
• Home offices and study spaces focused on clutter-free organization
• Modern commercial interiors with flush furniture design standards

When it may not be suitable

This unit is not suitable for surfaces that do not allow for flush cutting or core drilling required for recessed installation. It may also fall short in high-capacity environments that require multiple power outlets, as it provides only a single Type F socket.

Key specifications

• 1 Type F power socket
• 4 integrated cable grommets
• Adjustable height design
• Flush-installed table mounting
• Color: Black

How to use

To install the Forming Function Powerdot 11, a precise opening must be prepared in the desk surface according to the unit dimensions for flush mounting. Adjust the height mechanism to match the thickness of the table panel to ensure a stable fit. Insert the unit into the cutout and secure it firmly in place. Plug the main power cord into an available wall outlet or under-desk power source. Once installed, route peripheral cables through the four integrated grommets and use the Type F socket for powering compatible electrical devices.

What to consider before purchase

• Verify that the desk or table material is suitable for flush-cut recessed installation
• Check if a single Type F socket meets your daily power requirements
• Ensure there is sufficient clearance underneath the desk for the integrated cable routing space
• Confirm that the black finish matches your existing furniture design

Usage recommendations: Regularly inspect the cable routing and connections to prevent strain on cords passing through the grommets. Ensure that the electrical load connected to the Type F socket does not exceed standard capacity limits, and keep the unit free from moisture and dust accumulation.
