Binding combs FORPUS FO950618 6 mm white, pack of 100 – plastic document binding rings

FORPUS FO950618 binding combs are white plastic document binding rings with a 6 mm diameter, supplied in a pack of 100. Designed for use with manual or electric comb binding machines, these combs secure thin documents such as reports, booklets and presentations while allowing pages to lie flat. The rings permit adding or removing pages without damaging them and provide a tidy, consistent spine finish for office, school or home projects.

Advantages

The 6 mm plastic combs are lightweight and resistant to bending, providing reliable page alignment and simple operation when opening or closing the ring. Their smooth finish reduces snagging and the neutral white colour gives a professional appearance that suits a variety of document styles. Supplied in a pack of 100, the set is cost-effective for regular binding tasks and small reprographic workflows.

Suitable for

• Binding short reports and handouts (approximately 60–80 sheets depending on paper weight)
• School projects and student portfolios
• Small office presentations and manuals
• Home organisation of recipes, notes and personal documents

Key specifications

• Material: plastic
• Colour: white
• Comb diameter: 6 mm
• Pack quantity: 100 pieces
• Compatibility: manual and electric comb binding machines

How to use

Align pages and cover, punch holes along the binding edge using a compatible comb binding machine, then open the comb rings using the machine or by hand if the design permits. Thread the punched pages onto the opened comb and close the comb until the rings snap into place, ensuring the spine is even and pages rotate freely. To insert or remove pages later, reopen the comb, make the change, and close it again following the same steps.

Usage recommendations

For optimal results, check the sheet capacity of the 6 mm comb against the paper weight used; typical capacities range around 60–80 sheets of standard 80 g/m² paper. Use covers or thicker first/last pages to protect documents and improve durability, and store unused combs flat to prevent deformation.
