Uninterruptible Power Supply Fortron FSP Nano 800 Standby (Offline) 0.8 kVA / 480 W, 2x Type F outlets, 12 V 9 Ah battery
Fortron FSP Nano 800 is a compact standby (offline) uninterruptible power supply delivering 0.8 kVA (480 W) of output power through two Type F AC outlets. Designed for home and small office environments, the unit features an internal 12 V 9 Ah battery that provides approximately 15 minutes of backup at full load. The UPS offers surge and spike protection, simulated sine wave output, cold start capability and automatic restart once mains power is restored. The device is finished in black, weighs 3.1 kg and occupies minimal space while providing essential power continuity for routers, modems, NAS devices, desktop peripherals and entry-level PCs.
The Nano 800 combines compact dimensions with comprehensive protective functions managed by an embedded microprocessor controller. It provides reliable auto-restart, cold start operation and full battery protection including discharge, overcharge, short-circuit and thermal safeguards. Thanks to its simulated sine wave output and surge protection, the unit maintains stable power to connected equipment during brief outages and voltage disturbances.
Place the UPS on a stable, well-ventilated surface and connect critical equipment to the two available Type F outlets. Keep the unit plugged into mains power to maintain the battery charge; the embedded microprocessor manages charging and protection automatically. In case of mains failure the UPS switches to battery power to supply connected devices and allows time for orderly shutdown of an attached PC. Use the cold start function to power connected devices directly from the battery when mains power is absent.
Position the UPS away from heat sources and moisture, and avoid covering ventilation openings. For reliable backup duration, periodically test the battery under load and replace the battery according to the manufacturer’s service interval or when runtime decreases significantly. Connect only essential devices to the UPS to maximize available backup time and avoid overloading the unit.
