The Fractal Design Pop Air Tower Black is a mid-tower PC case built for high airflow and flexible storage. Its bold front mesh and color-contrasted interior accents combine a clean aesthetic with practical cooling. The case includes two pre-installed 120 mm front fans, supports ATX, Micro-ATX and Mini-ITX motherboards, and offers multiple drive mounting options including dedicated SSD brackets and versatile trays for 3.5" and 2.5" drives.

Advantages

The front mesh acts as an effective dust filter while permitting strong airflow to internal components. Two concealed 5.25" bays include a storage drawer with a magnetic cover for tidy front-panel storage. Storage flexibility is provided by two trays that each accept a 3.5" and a 2.5" drive simultaneously, plus an extra bracket for two 2.5" SSDs. Cable routing is simplified with multiple tie-down points, pre-mounted cable ties and large pass-through holes. A tempered glass side panel (TG models) allows the build to be visible while retaining a sturdy steel chassis and a bottom-mounted power supply layout.

Install a compatible ATX, Micro-ATX or Mini-ITX motherboard and mount the power supply in the bottom compartment. Use the two versatile storage trays to install 3.5" or 2.5" drives and add SSDs to the dedicated bracket if needed. Route cables through the extra-large pass-through holes and secure them with the pre-mounted cable ties and tie-down points. For improved cooling, keep the mesh front unobstructed and install additional 120 mm or 140 mm fans as supported.

Usage recommendations

For optimal airflow and dust control, maintain the front mesh by periodically vacuuming or using compressed air and mount radiators up to 280 mm in the front or 240 mm at the top only if internal clearance allows. Verify component dimensions (GPU length, cooler height, radiator thickness) against the case internal clearances before final installation.
