The Fractal Design Torrent Tower Black is a high-airflow PC case engineered for maximum cooling performance out of the box. It ships with two custom 180 x 38 mm Dynamic PWM / Prisma RGB fans and a new internal layout that improves intake and component clearance. The case supports large front and bottom fan configurations, accommodates 2.5" and 3.5" drives, and offers features to simplify installation and cable management while allowing both air and water cooling setups.

Advantages

Designed for top-tier airflow at controlled sound levels, the Torrent uses extra-thick 38 mm fan blades and a pre-installed Nexus 9P Slim PWM fan hub to move large volumes of air efficiently. The chassis layout provides expansive base intakes and extra-large bottom fan support for improved GPU cooling, optional nylon filters to choose between dust protection or higher airflow, and a streamlined interior that creates ample breathing room for components. Tool-less tempered glass handling (on TG models), removable bezels, included SSD brackets, steel drive trays with vibration-damping grommets and an included GPU support bracket simplify build quality and long-term reliability.
