On-Site Service Fujitsu Support Pack 3-Year NBD 9x5 provides a product-related software and hardware support contract from Fujitsu for a fixed term of three years. The pack covers diagnosis of software incidents, remote provision of workarounds and, where applicable, error corrections, updates and upgrades as defined by the licensor lifecycle and the software-specific Technical Appendix. On-site intervention is arranged if remote resolution is not possible; faulty hardware components are repaired or replaced with new or as-new spare parts.
