Integrate, automate, streamline
TWAIN or ISIS compatibility allows users to integrate scanned data into their workflows directly or via PaperStream Capture’s process automation. Setting up routines to scan, extract and release with a single profile click can simplify processes and improve efficiency.
Automatic Profile Recognition
When a known document format is recognised, the system automatically names, sorts and distributes the scanned images and extracted metadata according to predefined rules — for example, invoices will always be routed to Finance Systems, with supplier name and invoice number included in the filename.
Automatic image clean-up
PaperStream IP’s market-leading image processing automatically cleans images for downstream tasks such as OCR, delivering reliable output even from soiled, creased or patterned documents.
