How to use

Adjust the pole length by unlocking the internal expander, extend or retract to the desired height between 75 and 130 cm, then secure the expander until the two friction points engage. Hold the ergonomic cork handle with the strap adjusted to support wrist movement; use the Nordic Click System to remove the handle if required for transport or replacement.
