Gabel Stretch Lite Avio adjustable telescopic Nordic walking poles offer a lightweight, durable solution for walkers and fitness users who need a length range from 75 to 130 cm. The two-section aluminium alloy construction (upper tube Ø 16 mm, lower tube Ø 14 mm) suits users approximately 1.20–1.85 m tall and includes a T.P.L. expansion and twist-lock system to easily set and secure the desired length.

Then twist in the opposite direction to lock the sections with the T.P.L. expansion system.
