Gabel X-1.35 ACTIVE is a Nordic walking/trekking pole made from a single Ca 35 carbon tube with a 16 mm diameter, available in lengths from 100 to 130 cm in 5 cm increments. The model combines low weight with durability and is suitable for regular use on trails and urban routes.

How to use

Adjust the pole length to a comfortable height (typically so that your elbow forms an angle of about 90 degrees when holding the grip). Secure the locking mechanism at the chosen length. Put your hand through the strap and tighten or position it so the Dual Cork grip sits comfortably in your palm. Use the NCS button on the grip to remove the strap when needed. During walking or trekking, plant the tungsten carbide tip on firm ground; use the supplied rubber pads on hard surfaces to reduce wear and noise.

Usage recommendations

For longevity, avoid excessive side loads and store the pole dry. Replace the rubber pads when worn to protect the carbide tip. Choose the pole length that matches your height and typical terrain to maintain correct posture and reduce joint strain.
