How to use

Select and insert the desired perforated disc into the press. Place cooked potatoes, vegetables or fruit into the chamber and press the handles together to force the food through the perforation. For spaetzle, use the 30 mm disc or the special spaetzle disc and press the dough through directly into boiling water to form long or hand-formed pieces. Clean after use according to the manufacturer's care instructions.

Usage recommendations
