The GEFU MESSIMO analog food thermometer measures temperatures from 50 to 300 °C. The compact device features a metal probe and a simple analog dial for quick reading, making it suitable for monitoring temperatures during oven cooking, grilling and deep frying to help ensure proper doneness and food safety.
Compact dimensions and a metal probe provide durable contact with food and convenient storage. The wide measurement range (50–300 °C) covers common cooking and frying temperatures. The analog dial offers immediate, easy-to-read temperature indication without batteries or electronics.
Insert the metal probe into the thickest part of the food without touching bone or the cooking surface. Place the thermometer so the dial remains outside the hottest zone if possible and wait until the needle stabilizes to read the temperature. For frying, carefully insert the probe into the oil while avoiding contact with the pan base.
Clean the probe before and after each use with warm soapy water and avoid immersing the entire instrument in liquid. Do not expose the dial to direct flames. Use appropriate temperature targets for different foods to ensure food safety.
