Uninterruptible Power Supply UPS Gembird UPS-PC-652A
Uninterruptible Power Supply UPS Gembird UPS-PC-652A
The Gembird UPS-PC-652A is a Line-Interactive uninterruptible power supply with 0.65 kVA (650 VA) / 390 W capacity designed for desktop PCs and small office equipment. It has a tower form factor, three AC outlets (C13/C14 types) and a built-in 7 Ah sealed lead-acid battery with protections against overcharge and over-discharge. The unit is black, RoHS compliant and provides automatic AC voltage regulation (AVR) to stabilise input voltage variations.
The UPS offers automatic voltage regulation to protect connected devices from under- and over-voltage conditions, surge-protected output sockets that guard against power surges and lightning-induced spikes, and audible and visual alarms together with LED status indication for quick fault and status recognition. The internal sealed lead-acid battery provides backup power during mains outages and includes built-in protection to extend battery life.
Place the UPS on a flat, stable surface with adequate ventilation. Connect the UPS to mains power and allow the internal battery to charge fully before relying on backup power. Plug critical equipment into the surge-protected output sockets. During a mains failure the UPS will supply battery power automatically; monitor the LED indicators and audible alarms for status and fault notifications. Replace the sealed lead-acid battery according to the manufacturer’s service interval or when the battery no longer holds sufficient charge.
To maximise service life, avoid exposing the UPS to high temperatures or humidity, keep it dust-free, and perform periodic battery checks. Use the UPS for equipment that stays within the 390 W output limit and connect non-essential loads to external surge protectors if required.
