Protective mountain bike helmet GIRO FIXTURE II size Universal 54–61 cm Matte Trim Blue
The GIRO FIXTURE II in Matte Trim Blue is a protective mountain bike helmet designed for off-road and trail riding. It fits a universal head circumference of 54–61 cm and offers the head coverage typical of MTB helmets, combining a durable outer shell with an impact-absorbing liner. The helmet features an adjustable fit system and ventilation channels to balance protection and airflow for recreational and commuter cyclists.
The helmet provides extended rear coverage and a secure fit that can be adjusted to individual head shapes, helping maintain stability during trail riding. Its shell and EPS liner deliver reliable impact attenuation for everyday mountain biking and commuting. Vented construction improves airflow to reduce overheating on longer rides while retaining protective performance. The design maintains a balance between lightweight construction and robust protection.
Place the helmet level on the head so the front edge sits just above the eyebrows, then adjust the retention system until the helmet feels secure but comfortable. Fasten and adjust the chin strap so it forms a V-shape under each ear and allows one or two fingers’ space between strap and chin. Check that the helmet does not tilt forward or backward and that straps are snug. Inspect the helmet before each ride for cracks or damage and replace it after a significant impact.
Use the helmet for mountain biking, trail riding and urban commuting where typical MTB coverage is required. Clean the shell with mild soap and water; avoid solvents or harsh chemicals. Store the helmet in a dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat. Replace the helmet if it has sustained a strong impact, shows visible damage, or no longer provides a secure fit.
