Open-face bicycle helmet GIRO Neo Mips — hard shell, In Form fit, Stack Vent, matt finish

GIRO Neo Mips is an open-face bicycle helmet with a two-piece hard shell construction and a matt finish. It combines an In Form fit system with vertical tuning for adjustable sizing, integrated Mips rotational-impact protection, Stack Vent alignment to help reduce goggle fogging, and Thermostat Control adjustable venting to regulate airflow. The helmet is designed for urban commuting and recreational cycling where a balance of protection, ventilation and compatibility with goggles is needed. The hard shell with an in-mold lower wrap provides durable impact resistance while maintaining a relatively low weight.

Advantages

The Neo Mips offers integrated Mips technology to help reduce rotational forces in certain impacts while preserving a secure, adjustable fit via the In Form Fit System. Its hard shell construction with an in-mold hardbody lower wrap increases durability without excessive weight. Stack Vent alignment and Thermostat Control venting improve airflow management and help keep goggles clear. Vertical tuning ensures better compatibility with different goggles and head shapes.

Suitable for

• Urban commuting and daily rides
• Recreational mountain and trail cycling
• Riders who use goggles or glasses and need reduced fogging
• Cyclists seeking adjustable fit and ventilation control

Key specifications

• Open-face helmet design with two-piece hard shell construction
• Integrated Mips rotational-impact protection system
• In Form Fit System with ergo dial and up to 6 cm adjustment range
• Vertical tuning for improved goggle compatibility and fit
• Stack Vent alignment to reduce goggle fogging

How to use

Place the helmet on your head so it sits level and covers the forehead; use the In Form dial to tighten or loosen the fit until the helmet feels secure without excessive pressure. Adjust the vertical tuning to align the helmet with your goggles and minimize any gaper gap. Use the Thermostat Control button to open or close vents as needed to regulate comfort and ventilation. Fasten and adjust the chin strap so it is snug under the chin and allows comfortable jaw movement. Regularly inspect the helmet for visible damage and replace it after a significant impact or when wear compromises protective features.

Usage recommendations

For best performance, pair the helmet with compatible Giro goggles and keep the Stack Vent alignment unobstructed. Adjust the Thermostat Control to manage fogging and body temperature during changing conditions, and replace the helmet after any crash or strong impact.
