The go-e Charger Gemini flex 2.0 11 kW is a smart wallbox with integrated SIM card and cellular connectivity for charging battery electric vehicles and plug-in hybrids indoors and outdoors. With a maximum charging capacity of 11 kW and support for single- and three-phase connection, this wall-mounted charger can be used as a fixed or quickly converted mobile wallbox and connects directly to a red CEE 16 A three-phase socket for plug & play operation. The unit includes a Type 2 cable (0.3 m) and offers remote access and over-the-air updates via 4G LTE (fallback 2G/Edge).
The wallbox provides smart charging functions anywhere thanks to the integrated eSIM and supports remote diagnostics, troubleshooting and maintenance via cellular connection. Safety features include a DC protection module that fully disconnects the charger in the event of DC residual currents. The device can be used with or without the free go-e app, which enables scheduling, PV surplus charging and tariff-based charging to reduce costs and grid load. No internal opening is required for installation.
Mount the go-e Charger Gemini flex 2.0 on a suitable wall location and connect it to a compatible red CEE 16 A three-phase socket for immediate plug & play use. Do not open the device; no internal access is required for installation. Use the Type 2 cable to connect the vehicle to the wallbox. Optionally install the free go-e app to configure convenience settings, schedule charging times, enable PV surplus charging or set tariffs. The integrated SIM allows remote access and updates without Wi‑Fi.
Do not open the device housing. The product must not be used in Norway due to legal restrictions. For safe operation, ensure correct connection to the specified CEE socket and follow local electrical regulations during installation and use.
