The high-quality 2-in-1 stainless steel serrated knife, made in Solingen, is designed to be suitable for all types of food, raw meat, dried meat, hard or soft cheese, vegetables and various types of bread. The slice thickness can be adjusted between 0 and 15 millimeters using a rotary knob. Very fine adjustments can be made in the lower setting range (e.g. for salami, ham). The inclined position of the carriage makes cutting easier. The carriage and the leftover holder are dishwasher safe. The R902A food slicer has a safety system for easy and safe cutting. To operate it, you first press the security button and then the "On" button. When the device is not in use, turn the thickness adjustment knob to the safe position 0 and lock the carriage.
