The Graef HB802 cordless hand blender is a battery-powered immersion blender designed for preparing smoothies, soups and sauces. It combines a stainless steel blending unit with an ergonomic stainless steel/plastic housing and a 200 W motor powered by a 2000 mAh Li‑Ion battery. How to use

Attach the required accessory (blender unit, whisk or multi‑chopper) before switching on. Use the SteplessTouchControl pad to increase or decrease speed smoothly while processing ingredients. For immersion blending, submerge the stainless steel blender unit into the food and move gently for an even consistency; use the anti‑splash function to minimise splattering. When using the multi‑chopper or whisk, secure the attachments according to the user manual. After use, wipe or rinse removable parts and allow them to dry before storage; use the silicone cleaning brush attachment to clean narrow vessels or bottles.
