How to use

Place the Graef MS402 on a stable, dry surface and connect it to a suitable mains outlet. Pour milk into the stainless steel container not exceeding the internal level markings for frothing or heating, then close the transparent sealed lid. Use the illuminated touch switch to select the desired program: red for voluminous froth, green for creamy froth, purple for heated milk, or blue for cold foam. The base’s 360° contact allows easy placement and removal of the container. After preparation the appliance switches off automatically. Remove the whisk if required and rinse the container and lid under running water once cooled.

Usage recommendations

The Graef MS402 gives best results with fresh, cold milk; full-fat milk generally produces richer, more stable foam, while many plant-based drinks perform better when specifically formulated for frothing. Do not exceed the indicated filling levels and allow the unit to cool before cleaning the removable parts.
