Floor polisher/sander Graphite 59G322
The Graphite 59G322 floor polisher/sander is a compact, 240 W oscillating sander designed for efficient finishing, polishing and material removal on a variety of floor and work surfaces. With a 110 x 100 mm sanding foot and an oscillation amplitude of 0.8 mm, the machine operates at up to 13,000 min-1 no-load speed for consistent sanding performance. The tool includes three interchangeable feet (square, rectangular and triangular), nine sanding papers and an integrated dust container with filter. A 3 m rubber-coated power cable and an ergonomically shaped non-slip handle support comfortable use and flexible reach during jobs.
The Graphite 59G322 combines a powerful 240 W motor with a lightweight construction to deliver good sanding results without excessive operator fatigue. Quick-change sanding paper and three foot shapes expand its versatility for corners, edges and flat areas. The built-in dust container with filter and an efficient dust extraction system reduce airborne dust and speed up cleanup. A rubber-coated 3 m cable and non-slip handle improve manoeuvrability and control during extended use.
Before use, attach the appropriate sanding foot for the task and secure the sanding paper using the quick-change system. Connect the tool to a compatible power supply and hold it by the non-slip handle. Start the sander and allow it to reach operating speed before contacting the surface. Move the sander with even, controlled passes, applying light to moderate pressure; let the oscillating motion and sanding paper remove material rather than forcing the tool. For corners and edges, switch to the triangular or rectangular foot for improved access. Periodically check and empty the dust container and replace sanding papers as they wear.
Use appropriate personal protective equipment such as eye protection, dust mask and hearing protection. For best results on wood, start with coarser grit to remove old finishes or high spots, then progressively move to finer grits for polishing. Keep the dust container clean and, when working for extended periods, consider connecting to an external dust-extraction system compatible with the machine to improve dust control.
