Floor polisher/sander Graphite 59G326
The Graphite 59G326 floor polisher/sander is a compact orbital sander designed for efficient floor maintenance and surface preparation. With a 260 W motor and an orbital stroke that delivers 7,000–13,000 min⁻¹, this tool is suitable for sanding, polishing and removing rust or old paint from a variety of floor materials. The machine features a 90 x 187 mm sanding foot, a dust extraction container and an ergonomic non-slip handle for steady control during extended use. Its lightweight and compact design allow for easy maneuverability and storage while a 3 m rubber-coated power cable provides convenient reach.
The device combines a robust 260 W motor with variable speed for matched surface results and stable operation. Quick-change sanding paper and a locking function for continuous operation improve efficiency during long tasks. Integrated dust extraction and an included dust container reduce airborne particles and simplify cleanup. The non-slip handle and compact dimensions contribute to comfortable handling and enhanced safety during sanding and polishing jobs.
Fit the appropriate sanding paper to the 90 x 187 mm foot following the quick-change system instructions. Connect the tool to a grounded power supply and set the speed to match the workpiece and task; start at lower speed for delicate surfaces and increase for more aggressive material removal. Use the non-slip handle to guide the sander with even, overlapping passes; avoid pressing down excessively to prevent gouging. Engage the locking function if continuous operation is required for prolonged runs. Periodically stop work to empty the dust container and check sanding paper condition.
Use compatible sanding paper sizes and grade progression (coarse to fine) according to surface condition. Work in a well-ventilated area and use appropriate personal protective equipment such as a dust mask, safety glasses and hearing protection. For best results on floors, test on a small inconspicuous area first and finish with a finer grit for a smooth surface.
