Floor polisher/sander GRAPHITE 59G329 — depth 335 mm, weight 2.72 kg, 1 pc
GRAPHITE 59G329 is a compact floor polisher and orbital sander designed for maintenance and renovation of wooden and finished floors. The tool combines a 115 x 230 mm sanding/polishing foot with orbital motion, a working depth of 335 mm and a lightweight construction that supports spot sanding, polishing and surface preparation before finishing. The unit is supplied as a single piece with sandpaper and a dust container and is intended for small to medium surface tasks in domestic or workshop environments.
The 380 W motor produces orbital speeds in the range of 7,000 to 13,000 min⁻¹, providing consistent sanding and polishing performance. A non-slip, ergonomically shaped handle improves control during extended use, while a dust extraction system and supplied dust container reduce airborne debris and help maintain a cleaner working area. The design allows quick changing of sanding paper and includes a locking function for continuous operation. A 3 m rubber-coated power cable offers reach and durability during typical renovation jobs.
Before starting, select appropriate grit sandpaper and attach it to the 115 x 230 mm foot according to the quick-change system. Connect the sander to a properly rated power outlet and ensure the dust container is in place. Switch the tool on and, if needed, set the locking function for continuous operation. Move the sander with steady, even strokes across the surface, allowing the orbital action to do the work rather than applying excessive pressure. For polishing, use progressively finer abrasives and check the surface frequently. After use, turn off and unplug the tool, empty the dust container and store the sander in a dry place.
Use personal protective equipment such as safety goggles, dust mask and hearing protection when sanding. For best results on wooden floors, begin with coarser grit to remove old coatings or level irregularities, then finish with finer grit before applying varnish or polish. Regularly empty the dust container and inspect the power cable for damage before each use.
