Green Cell AGM36 is a VRLA AGM rechargeable battery with a nominal voltage of 4 V and a capacity of 4.5 Ah. Constructed with absorbed glass mat (AGM) technology, the electrolyte is immobilised in a fiberglass separator, which prevents leakage and allows safe operation in different positions. The battery is maintenance-free and intended for both cyclic and buffer (standby) use, providing reliable power for UPS units, alarm systems, toys and other small devices.
The Green Cell AGM36 offers sealed AGM construction for leak-free operation, VRLA self-regulating valves that reduce maintenance needs and a design suited for frequent charge/discharge cycles as well as standby applications. Its compact size and 0.48 kg weight make it easy to install in various devices while delivering stable, long-term performance up to 5+ years under recommended conditions.
Install the Green Cell AGM36 according to the device manufacturer’s instructions, observing correct polarity and secure terminals before powering the host device. For cyclic applications, charge and discharge the battery following the recommended charging profile for VRLA AGM batteries. For buffer or standby use, keep the battery connected to the charging/monitoring system so it remains fully charged and ready to supply power in case of mains failure. Do not open or attempt to service the sealed battery.
Store and operate the battery in a dry, ventilated area within the temperature range indicated by your device documentation. Avoid prolonged exposure to extreme temperatures, deep discharges, and mechanical damage. Regularly check terminals for corrosion and ensure the battery is charged periodically if stored long-term to maintain capacity and extend service life.
