Battery Charger Universal AC Green Cell ADCAV02 146W 100-240V
The Green Cell ADCAV02 146W Universal AC Battery Charger is designed specifically for 12V Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries. It accepts a wide input range of 100–240V AC and delivers a constant charging voltage of 14.6V with a high charging current of 10A. The compact aluminum housing (170 × 50 × 90 mm) provides mechanical protection while keeping the unit lightweight and portable. This charger supports rapid, efficient charging cycles and includes multiple built-in protections to preserve battery life and ensure safe operation.
The charger is optimised for LiFePO4 chemistry, enabling faster charging and longer battery cycle life compared with lead-acid alternatives. A stable 14.6V output combined with a 10A current allows quick recharge of typical 12V LiFePO4 batteries, for example charging a 20Ah battery in approximately two hours. The aluminium enclosure increases durability and provides efficient heat dissipation. Integrated safety features—short-circuit protection, overcharge protection, temperature control and reverse polarity protection—help prevent damage to both battery and charger. Compact dimensions make it suitable for home, workshop and mobile use.
Connect the charger to a mains outlet within the 100–240V range, then attach the provided clamps or fasteners to the battery terminals observing correct polarity. The unit performs automatic parameter selection for LiFePO4 charging and begins charging at a controlled 10A current up to the constant voltage of 14.6V. Monitor the charger and battery during the first cycle to confirm proper operation. After charging completes or the charger indicates full charge, disconnect mains power before removing the clamps from the battery terminals.
Use the Green Cell ADCAV02 with batteries specified as LiFePO4 and ensure terminals are clean and connections secure. Avoid charging in extreme ambient temperatures; allow for ventilation around the aluminium housing during operation. For long-term storage of batteries, follow manufacturer guidance on state-of-charge and avoid prolonged trickle charging, as LiFePO4 chemistry does not require it. If the charger detects reverse polarity or a short circuit, disconnect immediately and inspect connections before retrying.
