How to use

Before first use, wash the tin by hand with warm water and mild detergent, then dry thoroughly. Grease the base and sides lightly or use a thin layer of flour if desired, even with the non‑stick coating. Assemble the mould with the base in place, pour in the batter or mixture and bake according to your recipe, not exceeding 230°C. After baking, allow the product to cool briefly, then open the side and lift the base to release the cake.

Usage recommendations
