Guardini rectangular bread mould 14MY2942A measuring 30×11×10 cm, made of anodised aluminium with a non-stick surface. The tin is designed for baking standard loaves and small cakes in conventional ovens and provides consistent loaf shape and even browning. The mould is lightweight and durable; follow care instructions to maintain the non-stick coating.
The anodised aluminium construction ensures good heat distribution while keeping the mould extra light. The non-stick surface facilitates easy release of baked goods and simplifies cleaning. The dimensions 30×11×10 cm suit standard loaf sizes, and the product is compatible with conventional ovens up to a maximum temperature of 285 °C.
Preheat the conventional oven to the required temperature (do not exceed 285 °C). Prepare and place the dough or batter into the bread mould, position in the centre of the oven and bake according to your recipe. Allow the mould to cool before removing the loaf to protect the non-stick coating. Do not use abrasive cleaners or metal utensils on the surface.
Hand wash the mould with warm water and mild detergent; dry thoroughly before storage. Avoid dishwasher use and sharp tools to extend the life of the non-stick coating. Colour of the baking tray may vary from the picture.
