The gude 8035-1 is a 1U rack-mountable power distribution unit with eight IEC C13 outlets, designed for use in server cabinets and network racks. Rated for 230 V and up to 16 A, this metered and switched PDU combines outlet-level switching and energy measurement with network management functions to improve operational safety and enable energy monitoring at device level.

Advantages

The unit provides individually switchable Power Ports controllable via web interface, serial interface, SNMP (including SNMPv3) or directly from a button on the device. IEC Lock sockets prevent accidental disconnection of IEC cables with a patented locking mechanism. Two energy meters per outlet measure electrical parameters on both supply and outlet lines, supporting identification of power-saving opportunities. The PDU also supports SSL, IPv6, Telnet, RADIUS and Modbus TCP and includes residual current measurement (type A) for early fault-current warnings.
