HDMI cable Hama 3 m HDMI Type A Standard Black 00205006
HDMI cable Hama 3 m HDMI Type A Standard Black 00205006
The Hama 3 m HDMI Type A Standard cable (black) provides a 3-metre connection between HDMI-equipped devices. It features HDMI Type A connectors on both ends and a maximum data transfer rate of 18 Gbit/s, enabling high-definition video and multichannel audio transmission. The cable includes support for Audio Return Channel (ARC), allowing audio to be sent from a compatible TV back to an AV receiver or soundbar without a separate audio cable. The black jacket offers a neutral appearance suitable for home and office AV setups.
This Hama HDMI cable supports high-bandwidth transmission at up to 18 Gbit/s and carries both video and audio signals through HDMI Type A connectors. The integrated Audio Return Channel simplifies connection of TV audio to external sound systems. A 3-metre length provides flexible placement of devices while maintaining a single-cable connection for video and audio. The black finish makes the cable visually unobtrusive in typical entertainment and presentation environments.
Connect one HDMI Type A plug to the HDMI output of the source device (for example a Blu-ray player, gaming console or set-top box) and the other HDMI Type A plug to the HDMI input on the display device (TV, projector or monitor). If using ARC, connect the cable to the HDMI port labeled ARC on both the TV and the AV receiver or soundbar, then enable ARC in the devices' audio/HDMI settings if required. Ensure connectors are fully inserted and avoid bending the cable sharply near the ends.
For reliable signal quality, avoid running the cable alongside high-power electrical wiring and use cable management to prevent sharp bends. When using ARC, verify device compatibility and set the TV and audio device HDMI settings to enable audio return. Keep connectors free of dust and insert/remove with steady pressure to prevent connector damage.
