How to use

Place a size 02 paper filter into the dripper and position it on a carafe or cup. Rinse the filter with hot water to remove paper taste and preheat the dripper and server, then discard the rinse water. Add ground coffee of medium-fine grind to the filter, level the bed, and start by pouring a small amount of water to bloom for about 30–45 seconds. Continue pouring in concentric circles, controlling the pour rate to achieve the desired total brew time and extraction. Once dripping slows to a stop, remove the dripper and serve.

Usage recommendations

For consistent results, use freshly roasted coffee, a burr grinder for uniform particle size, and water heated to approximately 92–96°C. Adjust grind size and pour speed to control brew time: coarser grind or faster pour for shorter extraction, finer grind or slower pour for longer extraction. Clean the ceramic dripper with warm water and mild detergent; avoid sudden temperature shocks to prevent cracking.
