Thermal Carafe Helios Mondo 1.0 L, dark blue (model 3354-008)

The Helios Mondo thermal carafe 1.0 L in dark blue is a double-walled insulated jug designed to keep beverages hot or cold for serving at home, in the office or during small gatherings. Its 1.0 litre capacity is suitable for multiple cups of coffee, tea or other drinks. The carafe combines a practical pour spout with a screw or push-fit lid (depending on variant) and an easy-to-clean interior, supporting everyday use and short-term transport of liquids.

Advantages

The insulated body reduces heat transfer to preserve beverage temperature without external condensation, while the compact 1.0 L volume balances portability and serving capacity. The practical spout and controlled pouring mechanism minimise spills and allow single-handed use. The dark blue finish conceals minor stains and fits a variety of interior styles. The materials are chosen for food-safe service and routine cleaning.

Suitable for

• Serving coffee and tea at home or in small office kitchens
• Keeping beverages warm or cool during meetings or small social events
• Short-term transport of hot or cold drinks between rooms or locations
• Daily household use where moderate capacity and thermal retention are required

When it may not be suitable

This 1.0 L carafe is not intended for long-term heat retention over many hours at extreme temperatures; for prolonged thermal performance a larger or specialised vacuum flask may be preferable. It is also not designed as a sealed pressure container for carbonated or fermenting liquids.

Key specifications

• Capacity: 1.0 litre
• Body: double-walled insulated construction
• Finish colour: dark blue
• Pouring: controlled spout for drip-reduced pouring
• Use: suitable for hot and cold beverages

How to use

Pre-warm or pre-cool the carafe by rinsing with hot or cold water to improve temperature retention. Fill the carafe with the prepared beverage, close the lid securely and pour using the spout; operate the pouring mechanism according to the lid design to prevent splashes. After use, empty residual liquid and clean the interior and lid—hand washing is recommended for best maintenance. Allow parts to dry fully before reassembly and storage.

What to consider before purchase

• Confirm the 1.0 L capacity meets your serving needs
• Decide if the dark blue finish fits your setting and visibility preferences
• Consider whether you need longer heat retention than a standard thermal carafe provides

Usage recommendations

For optimal performance, preheat with hot water for 5–10 minutes before filling with hot beverage; avoid putting the carafe in a dishwasher if the manufacturer advises hand washing to preserve sealing and finish. Use the carafe for freshly brewed drinks and serve within a few hours for best taste and temperature.
