Negative storage page HERMA 7768
Negative storage page HERMA 7768 are transparent archive pages made from durable polypropylene (PP) for storing 10 x 4 negative strips. Each sheet holds multiple negative strips securely while allowing clear visibility for identification and cataloguing. The pages are laboratory-tested, free from plasticizers and suitable for long-term archival storage; they come with Euro-standard punched holes to fit standard ring-binder albums and files. Each pack contains 100 pages.
The HERMA 7768 negative pockets offer dust- and fingerprint-resistant protection in fully transparent polypropylene. A safety tab prevents negatives from slipping out, and included index fields simplify filing and retrieval. The material is archive-safe and laboratory-tested to avoid chemical damage to photographic negatives.
Slide each 10 x 4 negative strip gently into a pocket, ensuring the safety tab closes to prevent slips. Use the index fields to label contents for easy retrieval. Insert the pages into a compatible ring-binder album or file using the Euro-standard holes. Handle negatives by the edges and work on a clean surface to maintain archive condition.
Store the binder in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight. Avoid exposure to solvents and extreme temperatures to preserve negatives; consult archival storage guidelines for long-term conservation.
