Grinding disc, Hermes K.PUCK 225 PS33CK grit 80, 225 mm, 50 pcs, GLS38 centre hole
Hermes K.PUCK 225 PS33CK grit 80 is a set of 50 abrasive grinding discs with a 225 mm diameter, designed for medium stock removal on metal and other hard surfaces. The PS33CK abrasive composition balances cutting speed and lifetime for general-purpose surface preparation; each disc is supplied with a GLS38 centre hole to fit standard backing pads and angle grinders used in industrial and workshop settings.
These 225 mm grinding discs deliver consistent grit 80 performance across all 50 pieces, providing even material removal and predictable surface finish. The PS33CK grain structure is formulated for efficient metalworking tasks, reducing clogging while maintaining abrasive life. The GLS38 centre hole ensures secure mounting on common backing pads and angle grinders, supporting safe, stable operation during extended use.
Install the disc on a compatible backing pad or angle grinder spindle that accepts a GLS38 centre hole, ensuring the disc is mounted flat and tightened according to the tool manufacturer’s instructions. Operate the grinder at the recommended speed for 225 mm abrasive discs, applying even pressure and keeping the disc moving to avoid localized overheating or excessive wear. Replace discs when the cutting performance drops or the abrasive surface is worn through to the backing.
Use appropriate personal protective equipment including safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves and respiratory protection when required. Match grit 80 to tasks needing medium stock removal; for finer finishing choose higher grit numbers and for heavier material removal select coarser grits. Store discs flat in a dry environment away from extreme temperatures and direct sunlight to preserve abrasive performance.
