Herz HERZ-TS-E Thermostatic Radiator Valve, Angle Pattern 3/4"

The Herz HERZ-TS-E thermostatic radiator valve in an angle pattern with a 3/4" connection is a precision-engineered component designed for optimal temperature management in residential and commercial heating systems. This valve allows for the seamless integration of thermostatic heads, enabling users to maintain consistent room temperatures while improving the overall energy efficiency of the heating installation. Constructed from high-quality materials, it offers robust durability and long-term reliability for demanding heating environments.

Advantages

The primary benefit of the Herz HERZ-TS-E valve is its ability to provide accurate and responsive thermal regulation, which directly contributes to reduced energy consumption and enhanced comfort. The angle pattern design facilitates efficient flow dynamics and simplifies installation in tight spaces where piping requires a 90-degree turn. Its compatibility with standard thermostatic actuators ensures that users can easily upgrade or replace control heads without needing to modify the valve body itself, making it a versatile choice for both new builds and renovation projects.

Suitable for

• Residential heating systems
• Commercial office heating installations
• Radiator systems requiring precise temperature control
• Retrofitting older heating setups with modern thermostatic heads

When it may not be suitable

This valve is specifically designed for standard water-based heating systems and may not be compatible with steam heating installations or high-pressure industrial piping. Additionally, it is not suitable for applications where a straight-pattern valve is required due to specific pipe routing constraints.

Key specifications

• Connection size: 3/4 inch
• Design: Angle pattern
• Material: High-grade brass alloy
• Compatibility: Standard thermostatic heads
• Application: Water-based heating systems

How to use

The valve should be installed by a qualified professional to ensure a leak-free connection to the radiator and the supply piping. Once installed, a compatible thermostatic head is screwed onto the valve body. The user can then adjust the temperature by rotating the head to the desired setting, which automatically modulates the flow of hot water into the radiator based on the ambient room temperature.

What to consider before purchase

• Verify that your existing pipe diameter matches the 3/4 inch connection size.
• Ensure the angle pattern configuration is appropriate for your radiator inlet orientation.
• Check that your chosen thermostatic head is compatible with the Herz valve interface.

Usage recommendations

For optimal performance and longevity, it is recommended to keep the valve free from external obstructions and to ensure the thermostatic head is not covered by curtains or furniture, as this can interfere with accurate temperature sensing.
