Sleeping bag High Peak Comox children mummy polyester 700 mm width light blue/orange

The High Peak Comox children mummy sleeping bag is a compact, lightweight option designed for kids around 8–9 years (confection size 140). Constructed with a polyester shell treated with BIONIC-FINISH®ECO for PFC-free water and soil repellency, it combines a breathable, skin-friendly lining with Dura Loft® H1 synthetic filling that retains insulating properties even in damp conditions. The mummy shape, padded cuddly hood and long two-way zipper to the foot section provide close thermal fit and easy ventilation control while an inner pocket and ergonomic zipper puller add practical convenience. Packed size is 33 cm length with a volume of 13.7 L and a package weight of 100 g, making it suitable for camping, hiking and overnight trips with family or friends.

Advantages

The Comox sleeping bag offers effective thermal performance from Dura Loft® H1 filling that compresses well, dries quickly and maintains warmth when slightly damp. Its shell is impregnated with environmentally friendlier BIONIC-FINISH®ECO, providing durable water and dirt repellency without PFCs. The mummy silhouette and extra padded hood reduce heat loss, while the covered long two-way zipper with wind baffle prevents cold spots. An inner pocket secures small valuables and the oversized compression sack is sized for easier handling by children.

Suitable for

• Outdoor sleepovers and summer camps
• Hiking day trips that include overnight stays

How to use

Place the bag on a sleeping pad for improved insulation from the ground and slide the child into the mummy-shaped bag, securing the zipper as required; use the two-way zipper for ventilation at the feet or chest. Store valuables in the inner pocket. After use, fasten the zipper and compress the bag into the oversize stuff sac for transport. Follow the care instructions and wash at 30°C when necessary to maintain hygiene and material performance.

Usage recommendations

Use the High Peak Comox for warm-season activities and ensure a sleeping pad is used to maximize thermal comfort. Avoid prolonged exposure to heavy rain; while the BIONIC-FINISH®ECO treatment adds repellency, the bag is not fully waterproof. Dry the bag thoroughly after washing or if it becomes damp to preserve loft and insulation properties.
