How to use

Unroll the mat on a clean, flat surface and open the flip valve to allow the foam to self-inflate. Wait until the mat reaches the desired firmness; for a firmer feel, add a few breaths through the valve. To pack, open the valve fully to release air, roll the mat tightly from the end opposite the valve and secure it. The valve prevents air from being drawn back in during rolling.
