How to use

Unroll the mattress on a flat, clean surface and open the valve to allow the mat to self-inflate. Wait until the foam has expanded and the mat reaches the intended firmness; you can adjust firmness by adding or releasing air through the valve. Close the valve when you reach the desired comfort level. After use, open the valve to release air, roll the mat tightly from the foot end to expel remaining air, secure it with the supplied compression straps and store it in the pack sack.

Usage recommendations

For best performance and longevity, use the mat on relatively smooth ground or a groundsheet to avoid punctures. Keep the valve clean and free from debris, and store the mattress dry and rolled in its sack when not in use.
