IP security camera Hikvision Pro Series DS-2CD2347G2H-LI(2.8MM)(EF)
The Hikvision Pro Series DS-2CD2347G2H-LI(2.8MM)(EF) is a 4 MP Smart Hybrid Light fixed turret IP security camera that captures images at 2688 × 1520 resolution. Designed for both indoor and outdoor use, the camera features a 360° rotation mechanism for flexible orientation and a wide horizontal field of view of 111.1° with a vertical viewing angle of 57.6°. The device uses a CMOS sensor and provides a detection distance up to 61 m. It is a wired ceiling-mount camera in a white housing and supports video motion detection and Ethernet LAN connectivity.
The camera provides high-resolution color imaging with Smart Hybrid Light and ColorVu technology, improving image clarity in low-light conditions while keeping bandwidth and storage usage efficient. Its wide-angle optics and 360° rotation capability enable broad scene coverage from a ceiling position. Wired Ethernet connectivity ensures stable network transmission suitable for continuous surveillance, and built-in motion detection supports event-driven recording and alerts.
Mount the camera on a suitable ceiling surface using appropriate fasteners and ensure it is placed within reach of a wired Ethernet connection. Connect the camera to a PoE switch or compatible power source and to your network for video streaming. Use Hikvision-compatible NVR, client software or a supported third-party VMS to configure resolution, frame rate and motion detection zones. Adjust the turret orientation to achieve the desired field of view and verify detection distance and image quality under expected lighting conditions.
For reliable outdoor operation, install the camera in a sheltered location to limit direct exposure to heavy rain and extreme weather. When aiming to reduce storage and bandwidth, configure motion-triggered recording and appropriate compression settings; for critical areas, maintain higher frame rate and resolution. Regularly check lens cleanliness and firmware updates to preserve image quality and security.
