IP security camera Hikvision DS-2CD2726G2T-IZS 1920 x 1080
The Hikvision DS-2CD2726G2T-IZS 1920 x 1080 is an outdoor dome IP security camera designed for continuous video surveillance. It captures Full HD (1920 x 1080) video using a CMOS sensor and supports a frame rate up to 30 fps. The camera offers a wide horizontal viewing angle of 113°, a 355° rotation range for flexible coverage, and a minimum illumination of 0.002 lx for high-sensitivity imaging. Night-time monitoring is supported by IR LED illumination with an effective range up to 40 meters at an 850 nm wavelength. The unit is available in white and is intended for ceiling or wall mounting in wired network installations.
This Hikvision IP camera provides Full HD resolution with a high-sensitivity CMOS sensor, enabling clear daytime and low-light video capture. Its 355° rotation capability combined with a 113° horizontal lens angle allows wide-area monitoring with flexible positioning. Built-in IR LEDs extend night-vision performance to approximately 40 meters, supporting 24/7 surveillance in outdoor environments. Wired Ethernet connectivity ensures stable data transmission, and the camera’s design supports both ceiling and wall mounting for versatile installation.
Mount the camera on a stable ceiling or wall surface using appropriate fasteners and ensure the unit is securely fixed. Connect the camera to a wired Ethernet network for power and data if Power over Ethernet (PoE) is supported by your installation, or provide separate power if required by your system. Configure the camera through the Hikvision web interface or compatible NVR/software to set resolution, frame rate, exposure and IR settings. Position the lens and adjust rotation to cover the intended area, then test daytime and night-time imaging to confirm correct field of view and image quality.
For reliable outdoor operation, install the camera under an overhang or use weatherproof cabling and junction boxes to protect connections. Calibrate exposure and IR intensity according to the scene to avoid overexposure from close objects at night. Use a secured network and up-to-date firmware to maintain device security and compatibility with recording systems.
