Network Video Recorder Hikvision DS-7732NI-M4 32 Channels 14 TB
The Network Video Recorder Hikvision DS-7732NI-M4 supports 32 channels and a maximum output resolution up to 7680 × 4320. Designed for surveillance installations that require high performance and reliable recording, it offers H.265+ compression, dual-stream recording, TLS stream encryption and double verification for playback and download. The device provides independent HDMI and VGA outputs, dual 4K HDMI capability and a maximum HDMI output up to 8K. Storage options include up to four SATA interfaces and a maximum internal capacity of 14 TB, while network access is provided via two self-adaptive 10/100/1000 Mbps Ethernet ports.
The recorder reduces storage needs with H.265+ compression and saves bandwidth through dual-stream recording. TLS encryption secures stream transmission, and double verification enhances integrity of playback and downloads. Video outputs include independent HDMI and VGA ports with support for dual 4K HDMI and up to 8K HDMI output. The unit supports up to four SATA drives for large local storage and 16-channel synchronous playback. It also integrates smart features such as multiple VCA events, configurable camera smart functions (motion, line crossing, intrusion, heat map, ANPR, people counting) and POS overlay with triggered recording.
Connect IP cameras to the network and ensure the recorder is on the same LAN as the cameras. Install HDDs into the available SATA bays (up to four) and configure storage in the recorder menu. Use the web interface, client software or HDMI/VGA outputs to view live streams and configure recording schedules, stream settings and VCA rules. Enable TLS stream encryption and set up user accounts with appropriate permissions. For POS integration, connect the POS device and configure overlay and trigger parameters in the POS settings.
For best performance, use high-quality surveillance HDDs, distribute load across installed drives, keep firmware updated, and configure dual-stream to balance recording quality and bandwidth. Use TLS and account policies to secure remote access and enable double verification for important exports and playback sessions.
