HiSmart Electric car charger Type 2 CEE 22 kW, 6–32 A, 3-phase, 5 m cable
HiSmart Electric car charger Type 2 CEE 22 kW is a portable AC charging unit designed for three-phase installations. The charger supports adjustable charging current from 6 A up to 32 A and delivers a maximum power of 22 kW on a 400 V AC supply. Fitted with a 5 m cable and a Type 2 (IEC 62196) EV connector on one end and a CEE red (IEC 60309) 32 A, 5-pin power plug on the other, the unit is intended for convenient connection to compatible electric vehicles and three-phase sockets. The IP66-rated housing provides protection against dust and heavy water jets, making the charger suitable for indoor or outdoor deployment.
The charger combines a compact, portable design with robust technical specifications: three-phase capability, selectable current settings to match vehicle or installation limits, and a long 5 m cable for flexible parking arrangements. IP66 protection ensures reliable operation in exposed conditions while standardized Type 2 and CEE red connectors guarantee broad compatibility with European EVs and three-phase power outlets. The unit’s lightweight form factor and hanging option improve handling and storage.
Verify that the installation supply is compatible (three-phase 400 V AC) and that the CEE red socket is correctly rated at 32 A. Select the required charging current on the unit according to the vehicle’s onboard charger capability and the site’s circuit limits. Plug the CEE red power connector into the power outlet, then insert the Type 2 plug into the vehicle’s inlet until it locks. Monitor charging status via the vehicle’s dashboard or the vehicle’s app where available. After charging, remove the Type 2 plug from the vehicle and then disconnect the CEE plug from the socket. Store the charger using the integrated hanging option or in a dry place.
Use the lowest charging current that still meets your needs if the site circuit or vehicle recommends a reduced current. Ensure periodic inspection of the cable, plugs, and seals for wear or damage, and avoid prolonged exposure to extreme temperatures outside the specified operating range. For public or semi-public installations, verify local regulations and grounding before use and follow certified electrician guidance for permanent mounting or fixed supply connections.
