How to use

Place the helmet on the head so it sits level and covers the forehead without tilting backward. Use the SELFIT™ 5-step adjustment to fine-tune the internal fit until the helmet feels secure but not tight. Fasten the buckle clasp and adjust the side straps so they form a Y-shape just below the ear; tighten the chin strap so two fingers can fit between the strap and the chin. Before each ride, check that the helmet is free of visible damage, that the adjustment system holds position, and that straps and buckles function correctly.

Usage recommendations
