HJC CALIDO PLUS CHAMELEON S is a unisex adult cycling helmet designed for riders with a head circumference of 51–56 cm. Four ventilation holes support airflow for road and urban cycling. How to use

Place the helmet on the head so it sits level and covers the forehead without tilting back. Adjust the SELFIT™ 5‑step retention system until the helmet feels snug but comfortable around the 51–56 cm head circumference; fine‑tune the strap length and position so the side straps form a V just below the ears.
