The service provides 24x7 phone access to HPE specialists, expert online chat, and moderated forum responses with defined response times. For critical incidents, enhanced response aims to connect or call back within 15 minutes; other incidents receive rapid specialist callbacks. HPE Tech Care also offers general technical guidance, access to HPE InfoSight assistance for supported products, and personalized digital tools through the HPE Support Center to help manage assets and perform self-service activities.
Purchase and activate the H25T4PE license for the target HPE equipment and ensure the service agreement is linked in HPE Support Center.
