Print Head Inkjet HP Q7456A

The HP Black 4500 Pigment Bulk Ink System is engineered to deliver optimal image quality on a wide range of porous substrates. The system includes high-capacity 350 ml bulk ink cartridges that reduce operator intervention during long print runs and support continuous, high-volume printing with consistent black output. It is a water-based pigment ink solution designed for reliable, sharp results without the need for harsh chemical cleaners or specialized ventilation.

Advantages

The system offers configurable printhead and ink-cartridge combinations to accommodate different print swaths, produces sharp, crisp output at high speeds without smearing or transfer, and features easy-to-replace printheads and bulk ink cartridges that can be hot-swapped independently. Because the ink is water-based, routine maintenance is simplified and hazardous cleaning agents are not required.

Suitable for

• High-volume black-and-white printing on porous media
• Industrial or commercial print environments requiring long unattended runs
• Applications that need stable, pigment-based black printing (text, labels, packaging proofs)

Key specifications

• Ink type: Water-based pigment black
• Cartridge capacity: 350 ml bulk ink cartridge
• Compatibility: Designed for use with HP inkjet printhead systems (e.g., HP Q7456A print head compatibility context)
• Serviceability: Hot-swappable printheads and bulk cartridges

How to use

Install the appropriate HP printhead (for example, HP Q7456A where compatible) according to the printer manufacturer’s instructions, mount the 350 ml bulk ink cartridge in its holder, and connect any required tubing or reservoirs. Run the printer’s ink-priming procedure and perform a nozzle-check to confirm proper flow and alignment. Replace printheads or bulk cartridges as needed; both components are designed to be swapped while minimizing downtime.

Usage recommendations

Store unopened cartridges in a cool, dry place. Use recommended cleaning fluids and follow the printer manufacturer’s maintenance schedule. For best results on porous substrates, allow adequate drying time and verify print settings for pigment black inks.
