HQ T7000 ZH-T7000-110-BK is a universal, medium-viscosity adhesive supplied in a 110 ml tube in black. It is a one-component, room-temperature curing, self-leveling adhesive designed for crafts, electronic repairs and general-purpose bonding where a flexible, gap-filling joint is required. The adhesive forms a soft, elastic film with vibration resistance and waterproof properties and bonds a wide range of materials including metals, glass, ceramics, stone, wood, fabrics, leather, plastics and electronic components.

How to use

Prepare and clean both surfaces to remove dust, oil or loose particles. Apply a thin, even bead of T7000 adhesive to one surface and press parts together; the medium viscosity allows controlled flow and gap filling. Allow initial tack to form in about 3–6 minutes and avoid stressing the joint until full cure is achieved in 24–48 hours. For porous or irregular surfaces, use slightly more adhesive to ensure complete contact. Close the tube cap after use to minimize curing in the nozzle.

Usage recommendations

Use in a well-ventilated area and avoid skin or eye contact. Store the adhesive at 10–28°C and keep out of reach of children. Test on a small area or sample material before full application when bonding sensitive plastics or finished surfaces.
