The HyperX Pudding Keycaps (white) are double-shot PBT keycaps designed to enhance backlighting and provide durable, long-lasting performance for HyperX and most standard mechanical keyboards. The dual-layer translucent construction and HyperX font increase light diffusion for brighter, more uniform illumination, while the thicker PBT material resists wear, shine, and common solvents. The set includes a HyperX keycap puller to simplify removal and installation.
These keycaps use double-shot PBT construction for improved durability and resistance to surface shine. The translucent dual-layer design improves RGB and backlight diffusion for more vivid key illumination. Compatibility with HyperX and most other mechanical keyboards makes the set broadly usable, and the included keycap removal tool makes installation straightforward.
Turn off the keyboard or disconnect it from the computer before replacing caps. Use the included keycap puller to remove existing keycaps by placing the puller over the key and pulling upward evenly. Align each new HyperX Pudding keycap on the switch stem and press down until it is fully seated. Reconnect the keyboard and check lighting to ensure legends and translucent sides are aligned for desired backlight effect.
For best results, use these keycaps on keyboards with per-key or zone RGB backlighting to fully benefit from the dual-layer translucent design. Clean caps with a soft cloth and mild detergent; avoid harsh solvents despite improved resistance.
