The ICY BOX IB-M2HS-PS5 M.2 heatsink is designed to fit the PlayStation®5 and provides reliable passive cooling for 22 x 80 mm M.2 SSDs. Its compact black aluminium body (27 mm × 76 mm × 9 mm) ensures even heat dissipation to maintain stable performance and reduce the risk of SSD failure during extended gaming sessions. The heatsink is also compatible with standard gaming PCs.

How to use

Turn off and unplug the PlayStation®5 or PC before installation. Remove the M.2 cover and unscrew the M.2 slot if necessary. Clean the SSD surface, place the supplied thermal pad on the SSD, then position the ICY BOX heatsink so it fully contacts the pad and SSD. Secure the assembly using the included mounting accessories and reattach the M.2 cover. Power on the console or PC and verify the drive is recognised.

Usage recommendations
