How to use

To use the iGET SECURITY MP9, first ensure the batteries are correctly installed according to the polarity markings. Use the provided mounting hardware to secure the detector to a wall or corner at the recommended height for optimal coverage. Once mounted, pair the device with your compatible iGET alarm control panel by following the specific pairing instructions provided in your alarm system manual. Test the detection range by walking through the monitored area to confirm that the system registers movement correctly.

What to consider before purchase

• Verify compatibility with your existing iGET alarm system model
• Ensure the installation location is free from heat sources like radiators or air conditioners
• Check the battery type required for maintenance
• Confirm the detection range meets the requirements of your specific room size

Usage recommendations

For the most effective performance, mount the sensor in a corner or on a wall at a height of approximately 2 to 2.5 meters. Avoid pointing the sensor directly at windows, heat sources, or large metal objects that could interfere with infrared detection.
