Incobex M25 Cable Gland ENE-00421
The Incobex M25 cable gland is a professional-grade component engineered to facilitate secure and reliable cable entry into electrical enclosures. Designed to maintain the integrity of electrical systems, this cable gland provides essential strain relief for cables while creating a robust barrier against environmental contaminants. Its construction ensures that wiring remains protected from dust and moisture ingress, contributing to the overall safety and longevity of electrical installations in both residential and industrial settings.
This cable gland offers superior mechanical protection by preventing cables from being pulled or twisted, which significantly reduces the risk of connection failure. The high-quality materials used in its construction ensure resistance to environmental stressors, maintaining a consistent seal over time. Its design allows for quick and efficient installation, making it a practical choice for professionals and DIY enthusiasts who require a dependable solution for cable management and enclosure sealing.
This component is specifically sized for M25 openings and is not compatible with cables or enclosure ports that require different thread diameters. It is also not intended for use in high-pressure underwater environments or areas exposed to extreme chemical solvents that may degrade the material.
To install the Incobex M25 cable gland, insert the threaded body through the pre-drilled hole in your enclosure wall. Secure it firmly from the inside using the provided locknut. Once the gland is fixed in place, loosen the outer cap, insert your cable through the gland, and tighten the cap securely. As the cap is tightened, the internal seal will compress around the cable jacket to provide a watertight and dust-tight connection.
For optimal performance, ensure the cable is inserted straight into the gland and that the cap is tightened sufficiently to compress the seal without over-torquing, which could damage the threads.
